Cookie Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

This policy explains how ONLINETSTUTOR LTD uses cookies and similar technologies on TutorOnlines.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files placed on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, can remember preferences or help provide an online service.

2. Essential and functional technologies

We use essential and functional technologies needed to provide services you ask for. These include:

  • authentication and security technologies provided by Clerk, so you can sign in and keep your account secure;
  • a temporary role-selection cookie during account registration;
  • language and interface preferences, so the site remembers choices such as English or Arabic; and
  • payment-provider technologies used by Revolut or Stripe when you choose to pay for a lesson.

These are necessary to provide account, booking and payment functions. Blocking them may prevent parts of the platform from working.

3. Analytics and optional technologies

We use Vercel Analytics to understand technical performance and how the site is used. We do not use advertising or behavioural-targeting cookies. If we add non-essential cookies or similar technologies in the future, we will ask for your clear consent before setting them and provide an easy way to withdraw it.

4. Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also clear local storage or site data through your browser. Please note that removing essential cookies may sign you out or stop account, booking or payment features from working correctly.

5. Contact and updates

For questions about this policy, email samiomer1604@gmail.com. We may update this page when our use of cookies or similar technologies changes.
