Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 August 2026

These terms govern your use of TutorOnlines and bookings made through tutoronlines.com. TutorOnlines is operated by ONLINETSTUTOR LTD, company number 17348423, of 153 Waterloo Road, Manchester, M8 8BT.

1. Using TutorOnlines

By creating an account, booking a lesson or using the platform, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You must be 18 or over to use the service independently. A person under 18 may use the service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for their use of the platform.

2. Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed when the platform confirms the session and payment. Prices, currency and lesson duration are shown before you complete payment. Payments are securely processed by our payment providers; TutorOnlines does not store your card or digital-wallet details.

3. Cancellations, lateness and refunds

  • If a student cancels at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time, they will receive a full refund.
  • If a student cancels less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time, they will receive a 50% refund.
  • If a student is more than 15 minutes late after the booked start time, the tutor may cancel the session. In that case, no refund will be issued.
  • If a tutor cannot deliver a booked session, contact us promptly so that we can review the matter and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this section affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

4. Tutor and student conduct

Users must communicate respectfully, attend sessions prepared and use the platform only for lawful learning purposes. Tutors must provide services honestly, professionally and in line with the profile and availability they publish. We may suspend or end access where we reasonably believe these terms, platform safety or another person's rights have been breached.

5. Content and communications

You remain responsible for content you upload or send. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or confidential material unless you have permission. You grant us a limited right to host and display content only as needed to operate the platform.

6. Our role and liability

We provide the online platform for discovering tutors, arranging lessons and processing bookings. We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow us to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to this, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for indirect loss arising from use of the platform.

7. Changes, complaints and law

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page. For questions or complaints, email samiomer1604@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law gives you greater protection.
